Account Deletion

You can delete your Futuwwa account from inside the app. This removes your personal profile details from Futuwwa and signs you out.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Futuwwa and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap the account row with your name, email address, and member ID.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm that you want to delete your account.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@futuwwasports.org from the email address linked to your Futuwwa account and ask us to delete your account. If you know your member ID, include it in the email so we can identify the correct account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes personal profile details, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and home address.
• Your date of birth, gender, primary gym, and emergency contact details.
• The sign-in link between your Apple or Google account and Futuwwa.
• Your account from active member lists used inside the app.

Records we may keep

We may keep session attendance, payment, waiver, reminder, support, and audit records where required for legal, safeguarding, accounting, insurance, dispute, or regulatory reasons. Where practical, these records are no longer linked to your personal profile details.

How long it takes

In-app account deletion is processed immediately when the request is successful. Support requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible.
