How to purchase a membership for a child

Before you start, add your child’s profile if you have not already: How to add a child profile.

  1. Step 1

    Open your child’s profile

    Tap Profile at the bottom of the app, then tap your child’s name.

  2. Step 2

    Choose a pass

    Under Available passes, check the title and price, then tap the pass you want for your child. The app copies your child’s Member ID and opens Zeffy for payment.

  3. Step 3

    Select your child’s membership

    In Zeffy, tap Select for the membership, then choose This membership is for someone else. Enter your child’s First name and Last name, then tap Continue.

  4. Step 4

    Enter your child’s Member ID

    Paste or enter your child’s Member ID in Futuwwa Member ID.

  5. Step 5

    Complete payment

    Enter your payment details and complete Buyer information with your own details, then tap Buy.

  6. Step 6

    Check your child’s membership

    Return to Futuwwa, open Profile and tap your child’s name. Check that their membership Status shows Active.

    If Membership still being verified appears, wait briefly, then tap Check again. Do not pay again.
